These Terms of Use govern the use of the sentegre.com website and the Sentegre business intelligence platform provided at panel.sentegre.com (the "Platform"; together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Sentegre is a web-based business intelligence platform that connects to accounting software, databases and other data sources to provide reporting, dashboard creation and data analysis.

3. Accounts and User Obligations

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account,
• keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access,
• connect only data sources that you are authorized to connect to the Platform,
• not use the Services for unlawful purposes, not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Services, and not reverse engineer the software.

4. License, Fees and Payment

The Platform is offered on an annual license basis. The price calculator on the website is for preliminary information only and does not constitute a quote. The exact scope of the service, fees and payment terms are set out in the quote or agreement provided to the customer. Stated prices exclude taxes.

5. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data in the data sources you connect to the Platform. SENTEGRE OÜ processes this data solely to provide the Services. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the software, design and content of the Platform and the website, as well as to the Sentegre name and logo, belong to SENTEGRE OÜ or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights to you other than the right to use the Services.

7. Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Services without interruption or errors; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We may improve or change the features of the Platform over time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SENTEGRE OÜ shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or damages arising from the unavailability of the Services. Users are responsible for decisions made on the basis of reports generated on the Platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

If these terms are breached, we may suspend your account or terminate your access to the Services. Conditions for ending the contractual relationship may also be set out in a separate agreement with the customer.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn) has jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. The rights of consumers under applicable mandatory law remain unaffected.

11. Changes and Precedence

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. If a separate agreement has been signed with the customer, the provisions of that agreement take precedence.
